Our fees for individual counselling are £55 per 55 min session.

Relationship counselling is charged at £65 per 55 min sessions.​
​
Child and Young people's therapy is £55 per 50 min sessions (including 10 minute parent/counsellor feedback)
​
Business & Life Coaching charged at £55 per 55 min sessions.
​
There is a 10% discount applied on all sessions for students.

Julie Ward-Hampson runs Worcester Private Counselling which provides therapeutic specialist support to anyone needing professional assistance and guidance with resolving personal problems. Julie and her team are committed to helping people to talk about their issues, think about their choices and behaviour, and make positive changes to move forward. The teams approach to providing therapy is innovative and unique, and certainly not ‘text-book’ counselling.
The aim is to fully engage with their clients and provide the necessary level of service to bring about a successful outcome for their clients. They pride themselves on offering a high standard of personal service which is tailor-made to the individual. Julie is a qualified counsellor with experience in all areas of therapeutic work. She specialises in addictions, relationships and is a licensed Sex Therapy Informed Professional (STIP). She is the author of ‘The ACT Programme’ which identifies destructive cycles of thoughts and behaviour, promoting control and empowerment in the life of the individual. This approach is proven to be successful particularly with control issues and addictions.

Julie’s qualifications include a Certificate in Counselling Theory, a Certificate in Counselling Studies, an Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, a Diploma in NLP Coaching, Certificate in the Treatment of Addictions, Certificate in Integrative Sex & Couple’s Therapy, Certificate in Working With Couples. She is also a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and Coaching Practitioner (BACP).

Zaira Carrasco Diaz

Zaira is a trained Integrative Counsellor (PCT; AT; IPNB) who works with individuals, children and young people.
With a background in counselling and experience as a Mental Well-Being Practitioner, she specialises in providing Person-Centred Therapy, tailoring each session to the individual’s unique needs and goals.
When working with children and young people Zaira often uses therapeutic play which helps the child and young person relax and talk about their needs at an easier pace, as well as helping her observe and gain insight’s into a child’s problem.

Lisa is trained in person-centred therapy. She is dedicated to providing a safe space in which you can explore your thoughts and feelings, in confidence and without any judgement. Lisa also has a wealth of knowledge in alcohol support services and is passionate about helping people to break free from the confines of alcohol dependency.

Kate is available for session with both children, young people and adults.
Kate has worked with vulnerable children, young people, adults and families, often in crisis situations for over 20years.. Kate also bring experience of professional coaching which enables her to be well placed to support you with your career development, if that feels relevant for you.
She holds qualifications in Counselling, Early Years, Management and Leadership, and is also trained in CBT, Psychometric profiling, Solution Focus Approach, Attachment, Transactional Analysis, Coaching, Relationship Dynamics, Parental Conflict, Domestic abuse, Healthy Relationships for Young People, Safeguarding Children and Parenting.

Kate understands holding big feelings alone can be a heavy burden and provides a confidential space aiming for you to feel safe to share that weight for a while. Together, then exploring what is, or has happened in your life, at your own pace, in your own words. Gently beginning to make sense of your experiences, your situation and finding a way forward.

Kate is enjoys being outside and has brought this into her counselling session by offering walk and talk sessions as well as the more traditional in person counselling room sessions.
