Grief counselling can help you cope with the loss of a loved one, such as a partner, family member, friend, or pet.

Living in a relationship that just doesn't feel right? Feeling misunderstood or ignored? We work with couples, giving them new strategies and skills to enable them to create growth and improved intimacy in their life together. Learn how to meet each other's needs and why this is so important.

Support for Teenagers and Young People
£55 (50 mins)

Many of our young clients tell us that they feel happier after seeing a counsellor, and are better able to deal with their problems. Our counsellors have helped many young people to concentrate better at school or college, or get on better with their friends and family.

Counselling for Children
£55 (50 mins inc. parent/counsellor feedback 10 mins)

Being able to talk to someone other than a parent is sometimes very helpful for children. Child counselling sessions can be a major help in enabling children to talk about things that are causing them to feel worried, upset or afraid. This in turn releases their pent up emotions and feelings which can be at the root of any troubling behaviour.
